Since the middle of the year, the company Oehlrich Naturstein & Service GmbH from Verden an der Aller, southeast of Bremen, has been using its new Rockster R700S track-mounted impact crusher to process construction debris. To say the least, the Oehlrich team was particularly impressed by the versatility and flexibility of this crusher.
Oehlrich Naturstein and Service GmbH with around 20 hard working employees is a well-known address in the Bremen area for all services regarding earthworks, demolition, as well as transports, importing natural stone, bulk materials and natural stone trade, winter service and much more.
R700S weighs only 19,9 t and can be therefore easily transported with Oehlrich’s own flat bed truck.

Mobile means easy transport and increased flexibility

When asked, why Stephan Oehlrich chose this very Rockster, the answer was clear: “Because it is very mobile thanks to its optimal dimensions and low weight. We can easily transport it with our own trailer."
The R700S is Rockster's most compact tracked mobile impact crusher with a weight of only 19.9 t without a screening system. It's designed to be easy to move around, yet offer enough power, and is best suited for businesses that value flexibility and mobility. With a length of only 9.00 m, a width of 2.41 m and a height of 3.15 m, it can be transported without any transport permits, thus saving time and money..

Recycled demolition and construction waste optimal for reuse as a mineral mix

“We have been working with mobile crushers for around 10 years. After we opened the recycling center in Verden, I was offered to recycle construction waste material and sell it again as a mineral mixture,” explains Oehlrich the innitial business idea. The Rockster crusher is mainly used at Oehlrich's recycling center in Verden and at his various construction sites, where different construction materials such as brick and concrete are recycled.

"We mostly produce 0/32mm mineral mixes from concrete and red stone, as well as 0/8mm paving stones which are used for road and path construction as well as for pavement bedding," says Oehlrich. The Rockster impact crusher R700S is based on a fully hydraulic concept and produces extremely high-quality, cubic final product. Through the uniform crushing, due to its hydraulic system, the rotor rpm can be adjusted and make fit for different crushing jobs. The end product can be optimised with 2 individually adjustable aprons that can be adjusted hydraulically and independently of each other during operation. With the 160 kW Volvo Penta Stage V engine, the R700S is not only powerful, but also up to date in terms of exhaust emissions.
