During this edition of bauma München presented by Rockster the ALL-IN-ONE mobile Impact crusher R1000 , which was the focus of the trade fair appearance and convinced bauma visitors from all over the world with its compact design, high efficiency and praxis-oriented developments.
The R1000 was specifically developed for applications where flexibility, mobility, and reliability are paramount. With its compact design, the impact crusher is particularly well-suited for urban construction sites, demolition work, and medium-sized quarries. Its robust construction ensures a long service life – even under demanding operating conditions.
Particular highlights at bauma included the two-part Return- Stockpile belt, which enables efficient recycling of material and a second final fraction, as well as the easy adjustment of the crushing gap width via the display. The intuitive user interface and quick access to all maintenance points make the R1000 a user-friendly machine that also impresses in daily use.
Performance meets ease of operation
The R1000 offers impressive throughput while requiring minimal space on the jobsite. Equipped with a powerful CAT 9.3 Stage V engine and a hydrostatic drive, the crusher ensures efficient and consistent performance. The R1000's fully hydrostatic drive ensures continuous throughput and, thanks to variable rotor speed adjustment, allows for a high quality precisely defined final product. Regardless if it is Concrete, asphalt, C&D Waste or natural stone - the R1000 processes a wide range of materials with power, reliability and particularly economically.
International attention
Interest in the R1000 was once again high this year. Trade visitors from over 30 countries – from Europe to North America – learned about the mobile impact crusher's potential applications. The combination of compact format and powerful technology was particularly well received. The R1000 crusher exhibited at bauma has been purchased by a long-time Rockster dealer KoncassToo in France.
With the R1000, Rockster has once again demonstrated at bauma 2025 that sophisticated technology, practical development, and uncompromising quality can go hand in hand. The mobile impact crusher proves to be a powerful tool for flexible applications in demolition and recycling – and confirms Rockster’s position as a reliable partner in the crushing and screening industry.
