Rockster impact crusher, scalping screen & WIMA seperator
The Austrian company Rockster Austria International GmbH is presenting the advanced track-mounted impact crusher R1000, the versatile scalper RSS410, and in partnership with Wima, the washing seperator HDS-WV at this year's IFAT / VDMA-Crushing Zone. This combination offers a comprehensive solution for producing higher-quality end products.
The R1000 offers a wide range of applications in recycling and crushing concrete, demolition debris, asphalt, and natural stone. The stepless rotor speed adjustment, fully hydraulic adjustment of the crushing gap, the automatic crusher overload protection, and steplessly adjustable feeder speed are among the technical highlights of the R1000. The central control unit with the multifunction color display for easy operation and the auto start and stop function increase user comfort and safety.
Due to the optimal transport dimensions and a weight of 31.0 tons, or 35.5 tons with the screening system, the Rockster R1000 can be transported without special permit requirements. It takes just ten minutes to unload the impact crusher and put it into operation.
The RSS410 scalping screen can be used to separate demolition debris, asphalt, concrete, bricks, coal, metal, topsoil, compost, and natural stone. The scalper can be used as a standalone machine to create three end-products, as a pre-screening plant before the crusher to create two additional defined products, separation of fine particles to decrease crusher wear and increase its performance, or in this case, as a post-screening unit after the crusher to divide the crusher product into three end fractions.
The HDS-WV seperator from Wima is a further development of the HDS-S and is characterized by the proven upflow principle of the HDS series. The WV effectively separates and washes the heavy fraction simultaneously. The plant consists of a separation chamber, a dewatering screen machine for light materials, and a washing and conveying shaft for heavy materials. Safe operation is ensured with a maximum product size of 65 mm.
